INTRO: This recipe may sound a little weird, but it’s easy to prepare and delicious… I promise! I plan on using this as a fast dinner option for when Sam and I do not have a lot of time to cook! If you’re in a time crunch, then consider this recipe as a substitution for the greasy fast food meal you may otherwise choose!

INGREDIENTS:
4 Apple and Gouda Good&Gathet smoked chicken sausages (Target)
4 mission carb balance tortillas
I Can’t Believe Its Not Butter spray
1tbsp olive oil
Fancy sauce
4tbsp light mayo
1.5tbsp reduced sugar ketchup
1tbsp mustard
1tbsp relish
2tsp garlic powder
1tsp sugar
0.5tps white vinegar
1/2 chopped onion (carmelized)
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees
Chop 1/2 of a large onion and heat on low in a small pan with 1 tbsp olive oil until carmelized
Wrap sausages in low carb tortillas and spray with I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter spray, and cook in air fryer for 8 mins
Mix mayo, ketchup, mustard, relish, garlic powder, sugar, white vinegar, and carmelized onion in a small bowl
Dip your wrapped sausages in your fancy sauce and enjoy!
