KETO TACO PIE

Delicious, great texture, and incredible macros! What more could you want ;)


INGREDIENTS:

-1 lb 96% lean ground beef

-0.5 medium onion

-2 cups fat free cheese

-0.5 cup coconut milk

-6 large eggs

-1 tsp salt

-0.5 tsp pepper

-2 cloves minced garlic


GARNISH WITH:

-Green onions

-Pico de gallo


DIRECTIONS:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

2. In a pan, brown ground beef into tiny crumbles and add Taco Bell seasoning

3. In a separate 9in glass dish, add cooked ground beef

4. In a large plastic bowl, whisk together eggs, coconut milk, garlic, salt, pepper. Add the onion. Pour over beef in glass dish and spread out evenly. Add cheese and bake for 30 minutes or until the egg on the inside of the casserole is set.

5. Add your garnishes and enjoy.
