
A yummy and delicious take on your favorite breakfast ingredient, oats! While overnight oats are all the rage, this protein cookie dough oats recipe is baked, and is definitely to curb your early morning sweet tooth! I highly recommend making 5 of these at the same time to cover all of your breakfasts for the week.

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup certified gluten free oats
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/3 cup almond milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 egg
1 tbsp chocolate chips
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350F. Spray a small oven safe dish with nonstick spray
Blend your oats on high to create a fine flour. Add all remaining ingredients (except the chocolate chips) and blend until combined.
Pour mixture into greased oven safe dish, add in the chocolate chips, and mix with a spoon.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Remove from oven and top with almond milk of choice. Enjoy!
