INGREDIENTS 

  • 3tbsp egg whites

  • 50g vanilla Greek yogurt

  • 70ml unsweetened almond milk

  • 35g flour

  • 25g vanilla protein powder

  • 5g sugar

  • 1/2tsp baking powder

  • Walden Farm zero calorie pancake syrup

  • Any toppings you desire (macros not factored in)


DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix the wet ingredients until combined

  2. Add the dry ingredients and mix until well combined

  3. Pour batter into a microwave safe dish

  4. Microwave on high for 2 minutes and 30 seconds

  5. Let stand for a couple of minutes

  6. Add whatever toppings you desire and enjoy

I swapped the sugar with monkfruit & replaced those calories with a sprinkle of dark chocolate chips & it was 😮‍💨
