INGREDIENTS:
Casserole
2 slices keto bread
1/4 cup liquid egg whites
1/4 cup protein shake (1/4 scoop protein powder + 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 apple (of choice)
Walden farms pancake syrup
Topping
1/2 tbsp melted butter
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp flour
DIRECTIONS:
cube bread into bite sized pieces and add to an appropriately sized glass casserole dish that you’ve sprayed with nonstick spray. Put in small glass meal prep container if only prepping one serving, put in large casserole dish if prepping in bulk
Dice apple into really small pieces and add to casserole dish. Toss with bread to combine
In a small bowl, add protein shake, liquid egg whites, and cinnamon. Pour evenly over casserole and let soak for 5 mins
Add topping (optional) and bake on 400 degrees for 20 mins
Add Walden farms pancake syrup and enjoy
