The nutritional information posted below may have you scratching your head. After all, how in the world can a whole pizza have so few carbs? I get it, I thought the same thing! But what'll leave you truly confused after making this recipe is just how good it actually is! For just 400 calories, im sure you'd expect for this pizza recipe to taste mediocre... but its actually really tasty! And the key is in one magical ingredient that I personally never knew existed, arrowroot starch! The arrowroot turns your egg white pizza crust into a doughy masterpiece. In fact, if no one told you that your crust was made out of egg whites, you would truly never know!

Ingredients:
egg whites (separated from egg yolks)
-2 tsp arrowroot starch
-½ tsp garlic powder
-½ tsp onion powder
-½ tsp Italian seasoning
-Salt and pepper to taste
-¼ cup low sugar marinara sauce
-Stater Bros fat free Mozzarella and Cheddar cheese (use as desired, i used 2 servings)
-turkey pepperoni (use as desired, I used 2 servings)
*feel free to add other seasons to flavor your crust!
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350F.
In a large bowl, add your egg whites into a bowl and make sure that you do not get any yolks in it.
Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, you’re going to whip your egg whites until they form stiff peaks. Add your arrowroot starch.
At this point, you’ll add your seasonings of choice. I’m adding garlic powder, onion powder, italian seasoning, salt and pepper.
Line your baking sheet with parchment paper, and add your cloud batter on your sheet in a circular pizza form
Bake for 15 minutes.
Remove your crust from the oven and add your toppings.
Place your pizza back into the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 mins.
