Add flavor to your bland beef-based recipe with this simple hack... CURRY MIX! This recipe actually comes directly from the GOLDEN CURRY branded box that we used, and we absolutely love it! It is so ridiculously flavorful and adds minimal calories to your meal. The recipe as is, including carrots, potatoes, beef, and curry mix is as follows:

  1. stir-fry meat and vegetables with oil in a large skillet on medium heat for approximately 5 mins

  2. Add water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer until ingredients are tender. Approximately 15 mins

  3. Turn the heat off, break curry into pieces and add them to the skillet. Stir until curry has completely melted. Simmer for approximately 5 mins, stirring constantly.


-1.5lbs beef cubes

-1 lbs small golden potatoes

-8oz mini carrots

-1 box Golden Curry mix
