This recipe for low carb/ high fiber tacos is a must try, and has been a stable in mine and sam’s weekly rotation for quite some time now.

1 Guerrero carb watch tortilla (feel free to use mission carb balance tortillas as an alternative)
2.5oz Al pastor or carne asada (Fiesta taco kit, from stater bros meat department)
1tbsp chopped white onions
2tbsp casa Sanchez fresh roasted medium salsa
1tbsp Taco Bell salsa
1.5tbs mango habanero salsa (optional, from stater bros produce section, near where their employees cut up fresh fruit)
