INGREDIENTS:
3tbsp butter
1lb shrimp, deveined and tail off
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)
3cloves minced garlic
1tsp red pepper flakes
2 tbsp fresh parsley
4tbsp lemon juice
DIRECTIONS:
Melt 3tbsp of butter in a pan over medium heat
Add the shrimp and top with salt and pepper (to taste). Cook until the butter turns into a dark brown paste.
Flip the shrimp and add the garlic and pepper flakes. Cook for 60 seconds'
Add the parsley and lemon juice. Reduce the remaining liquid down to a sauce, and enjoy!
