GARLIC LEMON SHRIMP


INTRO: The key to this recipe is the butter. The butter gives the shrimp a restaurant quality taste and texture. Combine that with the flavor profile of the garlic and lemon, and this recipe is a chefs kiss. I 10/10 recommend preparing this recipe for dinner, or to enhance the deliciousness of your next weekly meal prep!

INGREDIENTS:

  1. 3tbsp butter

  2. 1lb shrimp, deveined and tail off

  3. Salt (to taste)

  4. Pepper (to taste)

  5. 3cloves minced garlic

  6. 1tsp red pepper flakes

  7. 2 tbsp fresh parsley

  8. 4tbsp lemon juice


DIRECTIONS:

  1. Melt 3tbsp of butter in a pan over medium heat

  2. Add the shrimp and top with salt and pepper (to taste). Cook until the butter turns into a dark brown paste.

  3. Flip the shrimp and add the garlic and pepper flakes. Cook for 60 seconds'

  4. Add the parsley and lemon juice. Reduce the remaining liquid down to a sauce, and enjoy!
