Does anyone take supplements? If so, which do you recommend?
Magnesium, Vitamin D, omega 3s, multivitamin (my dr has me take prenatal daily even though Iām not pregnant. Perhaps a better option?šš¼

I take creatine monohydrate for muscle building and strength. Drink a ton of water daily to maximize its effects
I take tart cherry juice concentrate and magnesium glycinate before bed for better sleep!
I also consume caffeine before exercise!
