MEETING POINT
At the trailhead near the end of the cul-de-sac on Mountain avenue in Northern Claremont. If you type in “SYCAMORE CANYON, JOHNSONS PASTURE, GALE AND CREEK LOOP” into Apple Maps, it will populate. There is parking along nearby cross streets via Santa Catarina, Monte Video, and Santo Tomas at 930am. Try and get there a little bit early in case you get lost and have any issues finding the trailhead. We will be hitting the trail at 930am sharp!
DIFFICULTY
The hike is a 4.5 mile loop with 971 feet of total elevation gain. The hike is rated as MODERATELY CHALLENGING according to the ALLTRAILS app and should take a little less than 2.5 total hours to complete.
