I have officially signed up to run the Spartan Race at Angel Stadium on September 23rd under the team name Grizzly Baird Fitness! If you are interested in running alongside your fitness family, click the link below to sign up! The race itself is a 5k with 20+ obstacles, and starts at 815am. I chose an early start time to beat the heat!
