This program is designed to improve hip internal rotation range of motion. While just one component of the hip mobility paradigm, limitations in hip internal rotation can wreak havoc on your ability to both fully flex and extend the hip, compromising nearly all movement patterns. Restoring your hip internal rotation range of motion will reduce your body's need to orient when it lacks the relative motion necessary to complete commonly performed patterns, and as a result, reduce over all tissue stress. While I do not always attribute chronic injuries to a lack of mobility, improving your hips ability to move through full ranges of motion definitely will not make your chronic injuries worse... and may definitely help. So if your hip mobility is an issue, then give this program a try.
